Returns and cancellations
Standard conditions for an accepted product order.
Current status
No order can currently be placed through this site. The seller handling an accepted order provides its applicable return instructions and return address.
Standard return window
For an ordinary return, request the return within 15 calendar days after delivery. The product must be new and unused. Mandatory rights for damaged, incorrect or defective goods remain unaffected.
Method and cost
Send the product by mail to the address supplied by the seller. Actual return shipping costs for an ordinary return are paid by the customer. The publisher’s correspondence address is not a product return address.
Refund
The standard refund period is 7 calendar days after the returned product is received. The seller confirms the payment method and any offer-specific exception before an order is accepted.
Applicable rights
Mandatory consumer rights in the country of purchase continue to apply.
